Forwarding instructions

Open Gmail → gear icon ⚙️ → See all settings

Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab

Click Add a forwarding address → enter reply+your-property@replyo.gr

Gmail sends a confirmation code to that address. Email us at hello@replyo.gr and we'll send you the code.

Once confirmed, set "Forward a copy of incoming mail" to your Replyo address and save.

Airbnb sends all guest messages to your registered email. Set up Gmail forwarding (see Gmail tab) to reply+your-property@replyo.gr.

No changes needed in Airbnb itself — forwarding happens at the Gmail level.

Booking.com sends guest messages to your registered Gmail. Set up Gmail forwarding (see Gmail tab) to reply+your-property@replyo.gr.

That's it — Replyo starts receiving and replying to Booking.com guest messages automatically.

✅ Once forwarding is live, Replyo starts replying to guests immediately — nothing else needed.
